I handle the ongoing development, analytics and the roadmap of this product. I interact with the founders and stakeholders on a weekly basis and work with my team to deliver features, measure response and iterate on the product strategy.

The product facilitates connections by enabling users to reach out to venues directly and plan out their events. The platform provides a comprehensive event request flow which makes it easy for users to plan event dates, choose spaces along with the menu and drink packages. Payments are made on platform and users are able to communicate and finalize the contract within the interface.

As a part of the product team, which includes another dedicated UX designer, I work on ensuring optimal experience when adding additional features by collaborating on the user flows and enabling the team to cover all possible edge cases.
